- Do I have to bring my own bedding/sleeping bags/pillows? No, bedding is provided for all beds in our houses, including clean sheets, blankets, comforters, and pillow cases.
- What cooking/eating utensils will I need? Our houses are provided with everything you would need to cook, bake or grill! Unless you have a specific and unusual requirement, you should not need to bring anything to cook with.
- Is propane provided for the grill? Our houses come with 2 - 20lb propane tanks. In the unlikely event your group should need a 3rd tank, please contact our support staff and one will be brought to you. There is no additional charge for this amenity.
- Is firewood provided for outdoor fires? No, firewood is not provided at our houses. Firewood can be purchased locally at several locations. All guests must follow DNR guidelines for that specific day.
- How is the cellphone reception? Cellphone coverage is decent to good at times. However, complimentary wifi is included at each location.
- Any limits on internet/wifi usage? We do not actively throttle or block any particular websites or internet protocols. Our internet connections can be used to stream tv, shows, movies etc...
- Do I have to clean up after myself? We do not expect our guests to do your own laundry! We only expect our guests to follow check out instructions and not leave the house in an unusually filthy state.
- Can I host events at your locations? No, our houses are not set up to host events/parties. No exceptions.
- Can I check in early/check out later? Possibly, depending on when the next guest is arriving and if the cleaners have the house ready to go. Requests can be made directly through AirBNB/VRBO or direct with our contact information.
- Are pets welcome? Yes! We believe our pets are a part of the family! However, we have specific guidelines on pets at each location.
- Do you allow smoking? NO! No smoking is allowed on any of our properties.
- What is your cancellation policy? 100% refund if cancelled within 30 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelled within 14 days before arrival and 0% refund if cancelled after the 14 day window.
- How do I get into the house I rented? Lock box access is granted 1 hour prior to check in time.
- What happens if the numbers of guests change after I made a booking? Not a problem! As long as we are aware of the change in guests prior to arrival so we may provide adequate toiletries. As well as the number of occupants do not exceed the maximum allowed in each home.
